“Differences in The 2018 Mustang” By Michael Montenegro

Although this upcoming mustang design looks fairly different there are a few differences that make drastic changes. The main area where you will see these changes are in the front of the car. Beginning with the hood that has been lowered by 0.8 inches and now comes with a bigger grille giving the car a lower and wider look. Aside from the shape, ford has gone with an all LED design with the headlights and fog lights and have redesigned the hood vents. On the side of the car you will only notice minor differences in the style and shape of the car. If you look at the back, you will see a redesigned diffuser and a slightly more curved shape on the taillights giving the car a mean look. The rear also went with LED’s for the rear lights. It also comes with a redesigned bumper and spoiler. One of my favorite changes is probably the new exhausts, the Eco boost model comes with two tips and the GT has quad exhausts. One difference a lot of people don’t really pay attention to is the paint colors which include Kona Blue, Orange Fury and Royal Crimson. Even the inside of the car is different, the first thing you will notice is the new 12-inch digital LCD screen which includes the Sync 3 infotainment system. The instrument panel has barely changed but ford did pay attention to the details and include this year’s mustang with a slick aluminum finish to all the door handles, rings, and bezels. They also changed up the upholstery a bit. One difference you can’t see is the elimination of the v6 model or the new the new 10-speed automatic which is included in many of fords newer cars. Driving in it will feel like riding on a cloud with the new MagnaRide damper technology on the suspension. Taking all these new changes and features, do you prefer this year’s mustang or last years.
